All Constellation Customers enjoy access to free training throughout the year. Courses are designed to enhance your knowledge and productivity. And in turn, increase your capabilities and raise your ability to increase your dealership’s profits. As a supported customer, all you will need to attend is a computer that has internet access, a phone to interact with the instructor and uninterrupted time to participate in the class.
The following is a brief description of course offerings and Registration Information:
All participants must pre-register to attend the class. Courses are open to all Constellation Automotive Software support customers. There is no charge for Constellation Auto Support customers. Their will be a 5 minute introduction at the beginning of each class. Attendees can link up to15 minutes prior to the announced time of the designated class. Connections submitted 10 minutes after the beginning of the class will be refused.
Questions to the instructor will be done by flagging the ‘raised hand’ feature in Webex. Once recognized by the instructor, the attendee can then speak out their question
